Full-Time Legal Assistant Needed.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Support attorneys and help our clients through the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage attorneys’ calendars, including scheduling client and professional appointments.
- Work with court staff, government agencies, bank officers and other attorneys to help our clients.
- You must have excellent grammar and writing skills, and make a professional appearance through your dress and demeanor.
- Other tasks as assigned to assist the office and its clients.

- A team player capable of working for multiple attorneys, assisting other legal assistants when needed, and helping where needed.
- A strong communicator- has excellent grammar and writing skills, and the ability to confidently communicate with clients and professional contacts in person, writing, and on the phone.
- Detail oriented- organizational skills and attention to detail are very important.
- Professional- understands the importance of work and deadlines.
- Presents in a professional way and limits office distractions. We love social people, but social media needs to be limited to lunchtime and after hours.
- Prior legal assistant or estate planning experience preferred, but not required.
- Administrative experience is a plus. A High School Diploma is required. Training will be provided.
Salary will be offered according to experience, education, and training.
Health insurance assistance is available after 90 days. Paid time off is available. 401 (k) is available after the first year of employment.
